What Statusboard does
A public status page for your product, with uptime checks every 5 minutes and incident updates your users can follow.
When your product has a problem, the first thing users do is ask whether it is just them. A status page answers before they open a ticket, and it shows you take reliability seriously.
Statusboard gives you a public page in about a minute. List your components (website, API, dashboard) and add a URL to any you want watched. We check each URL every 5 minutes and the page changes colour by itself when one fails, with daily uptime bars underneath.
When something is wrong, post an incident and keep it updated from investigating to resolved; your users see each update with its time. The free plan covers one page with three components. Pro is $9 a month for five pages, 25 components, 90 days of history, no footer and email alerts.

Is Statusboard free?
Yes, with no account and no install. The free plan includes: 1 public status page at tools.cosmovexapps.com/status/your-name; 3 components; add a URL and we check it every 5 minutes; Automatic status: the page turns red by itself when a check fails; Incident updates: investigating, identified, monitoring, resolved; and 2 more. Pro ($9/mo, billed monthly, cancel anytime) adds: 5 status pages; 25 components per page; 90 days of uptime history; No footer; and 1 more.
Does Statusboard upload my data?
Yes, by design. Your page's name, address, components, monitored URLs, incident updates and daily uptime counts are stored in Google Firebase in the United States and are public on your status page. Your alert email (Pro) is stored only after you confirm it. Delete the page to remove it. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Open the page and start working. It works on desktop and mobile browsers.
How does the Pro licence work?
Pro is a monthly subscription handled by Dodo Payments (our merchant of record). You receive a licence key by email and paste it under "Have a key?" inside the tool. One key works on up to 3 browsers.
How does the uptime monitoring work?
Every 5 minutes our server sends a GET request to each component's URL. A response under 400 within 10 seconds counts as up; anything else is retried once and then marked down. Use a lightweight health endpoint for the best results.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Your page lives at tools.cosmovexapps.com/status/your-name. Link to it from your site's footer or help center.
Can I monitor internal services?
No. Only public http and https URLs on ports 80 and 443 are checked; private and internal addresses are refused.
Do my users need an account to see the page?
No. The status page is public and loads without sign-in. Only you can edit it, from the browser you created it in.
Is Pro a subscription?
Yes, $9 a month, because the checks run on our servers around the clock. Cancel any time; your free page keeps working.
