Terms of Use
These terms apply to Cosmovex Tools at tools.cosmovexapps.com, operated by Cosmovex. By using a tool you agree to them.
1. The service
Cosmovex Tools is a collection of developer tools that run in your web browser. Free features need no account. Some tools offer a paid Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features.
2. Your content
You own everything you type, paste or open in a tool. The tools process your content in your browser. If you press Share, a collaborative room is created and the shared content is stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Anyone who has a room link can read and edit that room, so do not put secrets, credentials or personal data in a shared room.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the tools or shared rooms to store or distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, overload the shared storage, or access rooms you were not given a link to.
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute Pro licence keys.
We may delete rooms or revoke access that breaks these rules.
4. Pro purchases and licences
Pro is sold through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes the payment, issues the receipt, handles tax and sends you the licence key. A Pro licence is for the tool it was bought for, and it can be active in the number of browsers stated on that tool's page. You can release a browser from inside the tool and use the key in another one.
A one-time purchase gives you use of the Pro features of that tool for as long as we operate it, with no recurring charge. A monthly plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for after you cancel.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments under its refund policy. If Pro does not work for you, write to contact@cosmovex.com with your receipt and we will look into it. Your statutory rights in your country are not affected.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the tools available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or retire features and tools. If we retire a tool that has Pro buyers, we will try to give notice in advance.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The tools are provided "as is". Check important output before relying on it. To the extent the law allows, Cosmovex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro licence in question.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the tools after a change means you accept it.
