JPG to PDF under 200 KB with Upload Fitter
This page opens with the PDF under 200 KB rule selected. Choose one to three photos of a document, a receipt or a form and the tool builds one PDF, one page per photo, and shows Fits with the real size before you download. Try a sample loads two pages of a John Doe application form.
- Tap Choose photos and pick up to 3 photos from Gallery, Camera or Files (more pages need Pro).
- The PDF under 200 KB rule is already selected; fitting starts as soon as the photos load.
- Drag the grip under a page to reorder it, or tap the x to remove it.
- When the badge says Fits, tap Download or Share. The file name already contains its size, for example document-187kb.pdf.
What to know
A phone photo of one page is often 2 to 5 MB, so 200 KB for a whole PDF means storing about one twentieth of that. The tool first tries the highest JPEG quality and lowers it; if the lowest quality it accepts (35%) is still too big, it stores fewer pixels in steps of 10% or less and tries again. For a one-page document that usually ends near 2300 pixels on the long side, which keeps printed text readable.
Every page shares the 200 KB. Three pages get roughly 65 KB each, which is why a three-page PDF looks softer than a one-page one. If text becomes hard to read, crop the photos to the paper before you start (the phone's own editor is fine) so that no bytes are spent on the desk around it.
The PDF contains only the page images, embedded exactly as they were encoded, with no hidden text, no form fields and no metadata. Page size follows the photo at 200 DPI; switch to A4 or Letter in Custom if the form wants standard paper.

Questions
How many photos can go into one PDF?
Up to 3 on the free plan and up to 30 with Pro. The 200 KB is shared by all pages, so more pages means less detail per page.
Why is the file a little under the limit, not exactly on it?
Each try is a finished file. The tool keeps the highest JPEG quality whose file is at or under the maximum, so it usually lands a few kilobytes below it. It counts the maximum as 1,000 bytes per KB, the stricter reading, so the file also passes a form that counts 1,024.
Can I make the PDF pages A4?
Yes. Open Custom, keep PDF and 200 KB, and choose A4 or Letter under Page size. Each photo is centred on the page with a quarter-inch margin.
Are my photos sent anywhere?
No. They are read and encoded in your browser. When you download or share, the page sends only a count request (a random ID for this browser and a one-way hash of your network address, deleted after 2 days) for the free daily limit.
The free plan covers everything on this page. Upload Fitter Pro ($9.50 until Oct 25, then $19, paid once) is described on the Upload Fitter page.
