Screenshots to PDF with Upload Fitter
This page opens with a PDF under 200 KB rule, for sending proof such as a payment confirmation, an order or a chat as one document. Pick the screenshots, put them in order and download one PDF.
- Tap Choose photos and select the screenshots (up to 3 free, 30 with Pro).
- Reorder with the grip under each thumbnail; remove any you do not need with the x.
- Each screenshot becomes one page at its own shape, so tall screenshots stay readable.
- Download or share the PDF when the badge says Fits.
What to know
Screenshots are PNG files with sharp text and flat colour, which JPEG handles well at medium quality and small sizes. A phone screenshot of 1080 x 2400 pixels makes a compact PDF page that stays readable; the size each page ended up with is shown under its thumbnail.
Page size follows each screenshot at 150 DPI, so a tall screenshot becomes a tall page rather than a tiny picture on an A4 sheet. If the form wants A4, choose it in Custom; the screenshot is then centred on the page.

Questions
Can I paste a screenshot on a computer?
Yes. Copy a screenshot to the clipboard and press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac) on the page.
Will the text in the PDF be selectable?
No. Each page is an image of the screenshot, as the screenshot itself was.
Why is the file a little under the limit, not exactly on it?
Each try is a finished file. The tool keeps the highest JPEG quality whose file is at or under the maximum, so it usually lands a few kilobytes below it. It counts the maximum as 1,000 bytes per KB, the stricter reading, so the file also passes a form that counts 1,024.
Are my photos sent anywhere?
No. They are read and encoded in your browser. When you download or share, the page sends only a count request (a random ID for this browser and a one-way hash of your network address, deleted after 2 days) for the free daily limit.
The free plan covers everything on this page. Upload Fitter Pro ($9.50 until Oct 25, then $19, paid once) is described on the Upload Fitter page.
